medOS includes region-specific AWS Terraform stacks and shared infrastructure modules for controlled platform deployment.

## What you can use now

- Hospital platform teams use reviewed region configurations and keep secrets out of Terraform state and source.
- Partner apps normally deploy to the partner origin, not inside the medOS infrastructure stack.

## Current limits

- Terraform access is operator-level infrastructure authority, not part of the external App SDK.

## Next step

Coordinate with the hospital platform owner; do not expose this operator capability through a partner app.
