medOS AI tools are proposal-first and remain subordinate to clinical owners, policy gates, and human sign-off.

## What you can use now

- Use synthetic data for development and preserve citations/provenance.
- Never let an app-generated draft bypass the owning chart or order workflow.

## Current limits

- A general public app AI runtime or model-key broker is not available.
