Good first apps are read-only result viewers, referral context panels, device/instrument integrations, and workflow-adjacent decision support.

What you can use now​

  • Prefer read-only patient-scoped FHIR for the first pilot.
  • Use webhooks for change notification and the bridge only when in-context UI is necessary.

Current limits​

  • Do not build direct queue writers, shadow patient stores, or unsigned clinical automation.
